that's the magic of materia, that you could build any jobclass for the characters, eventhough everyone had it's own jobclass in it's stats of course, like Aeris ;s magical power, materia gives you so many options and custumisation that saying every character is the same is a little cheap, plus the characters are all icons themselfs, like Cloud, Sephiroth, Aeris, Vincet, Rufus, Cid Highwind and Tifa and Aeris, they have their own legacy and following, which you can't say about other casts on a scale like this, Normura's finest work I think
