Satoru Iwata already admitted that Wii U is not people’s first console of choice, and that's mean he ready to focus on the new system, Wii will not left behind without suppot,Wii U will still get another support even after NX released, and also Nintendo also had a lot of resource so they can divide their resource into two which are the one who preparing for the new system launch (hardware, software, marketing, PR, etc) and the one that supporting current system (Wii U, 3DS).
