What if Halo has declined Too? MCC sales were way below most fans expectations.  

I'm not sure how that will impact sales... I'm going to say that it's not a good indicator for Halo 5 sales though. I mean Halo Anniversity released a year before Halo 4 and only did around 2.5m in sales... MCC collection was also horribly broken in the Multiplayer, which did hurt sales. A fully functioning MCC probably would've sold a lot better.

 

I'll also add something else unrelated. It would probably favor the Halo franchise if Halo 5 was a September release. Halo 4 took a huge hit a week after release when BO2 came out and a lot people, including myself kind of forgot all about it.


Good point and that's very relevant.  Kojima will be praying they stick with a November release!  Maybe they will go with October?
