The launch played a BIG role, tho. Had MS not taken crazy pills that day and had similar policies/focus to start, it would have simply been titles/specs game and it would have been close. I'd have gotten an XB1 first, myself.

As it is, XB has lost way too much ground and their policies left a bad taste in too many ppl's mouths (I still refuse to buy an XB1).

That is no reason to not get an XBOne. MS had a vision for the XBOne and it is not what the majority of people wanted they realized this and fixed it. How can you possibly be angry with them?

The reason I am not getting an XBOne is because it is getting no exclusives, I can play virtually everything on it on my PC.

As much as i'm loving my Xbox One right now, MS is the most out of touch of all of the companies with both the console and PC realm on a fundamental level. They constantly have to change their decisions that they wanted because essentially what they want to do is turn the console into a PC. Thats why they came into the race into the first place, they sensed Sony was doing it and jumped in before they became too much of a force if they couldnt partner with them while they were dominating.

Regardless, I say thank goodness for Phil Spencer.

I am more of a Playstation gamer but right now Microsoft is killing with Killer Instinct, Ori and the Blind Forest, Halo: MCC (Is flipping amazing), and other third party exclusives that Microsoft has been able to gain to edge out Sony. Outside of that Sony has Microsofts number. This is why I love having both, because I can bounce around between them, but right now MS is desperate to beat Sony so when they are desperate their gamers get more. :)
