I dont think business works like that. Smart choices are what makes the brand, and what is happening currently is what you base things on not what if's. What if the WiiU has all the 3rd party support ps4 and xbone get or the xbox 360 launched at the same time as ps3 at the same price. Playstation is a stronger US brand Period. Think about it PS1 PS2 PS3 PS4.. All signifcant in the US, Now if you look at xbox. Its just the 360, The original did what it needed to get a Brand from it but it never was a Huge name in console gaming until the 360. Now the 360 did destory the ps3 in terms of Brand in the US, that is a fact. However Playstation is a stronger overall brand if you look before and after that generation.
