| BengaBenga said: @disolute: You have it the wrong way around. You shouldn't blame people for buying (a fun game btw) like M&S @ the Olympics. Games like these have always sold (maybe not in these ridiculous amounts, but still...), just look at PS2's gameslist. I did a quick search and found "The Incredibles" sold a staggering 2.3 million. Did that stop developers from making great games on PS2? You could blame Sony and Microsoft, for pushing the limits so much that devs have to invest ridiculous amounts of money to actually make a PS360 game. You named MGS4. You think Konami will never make an epic game again? Sure they will, but at least they'll make sure that they'll work more efficiently. You could also blame costumers for not buying great games, but that happens. |
I could blame anyone and everyone but I dont think that will bring Shenmue back :)
Joking aside, when I think about it I don't think I have a point here...I can hardly finish the games I want on the 360 most of which are good high budget blockbuster games. So until this is the case...I don't think I need to complain about low budget, casual games taking over.
