The Fire Emblem and SHin Megami Tensei are two of the most recognised JRPG franchises out there. However, this hasn't really translated in sales (at least in the west). Fire Emblem didn't come to the west until Melee, and only became really popular with Awakening, its most accesible title. SMT has been in the west for quite some time, but only the Persona universe is capable of  reaching 500.000 sales on a regular basis.
