Sony and Nintendo need to announce something big at E3

As for Sony, I don't think they have anything to worry about. Their momentum is so strong, they could ride the year out on multiplats alone. You know, at first glance your last statement is preposterous, but it's pretty true. They can do anything they want at this point.

OT: I think Metroid and SMTxFE from Nintendo and GT and GoW from Sony are essentials. Even if they're not gameplay footage, a teaser is better than nothing. 

A GT7 teaser at E3 wouldn't surprise me, but given we only got GT6 in 2013, there's no way in hell GT7 is coming this year.
