Zelda and Xenoblade Chronicles launch-titles of the new Nintendo system!?

Xenoblade Chronicles X releases in Japan next month and Zelda U will probably release worldwide this November. That would be a two year difference for Xenoblade Chronicles X and a year and a half difference for Zelda U. Why would anybody buy the games again unless they were considerable remasters?
