I doubt it... what will most likely happen in this e3 is that they will focus most of the games for wiiu to launch in 2016 while having a couple of games for the 3ds to launch in holiday 2015. Then in e3 2016, they will announce their new handheld only and mainly focus on that and then launch their new handheld in holiday 2016 or spring 2017 to the west. Then at e3 2017, they will announce their new console which is significantly more powerful than the handheld which will have its own exclusives and it will launch in holiday 2017. The fusion part will come with the unified OS and there will be some first party games that are cross platform while the rest are exclusive to the said platform
Of course, if they announce nothing for the wiiu for 2016 in this e3, I am probably wrong
