I bought a wii on launch day (actually one day earlier) because it was something different. I loved the gamecube and my ps2...my xbox was gathering dust.
Also the idea to play games on the vc was something i was very keen on.
I still play games on the ps2 (cheap top games from 2 years ago) but i love my wii.
I didnt think it would be this great though. especially when they changed the name from revolution (good name) into wii (i now find it a better name actually)
