Half of the dungeons and bosses being poorly designed is a pretty big con. They changed some of the bosses in the remake, but don't seem to have improved them... just made them bad in different ways... OP also lists lots of sidequests as a pro, doesn't think to include shorter main quest as a con? For 15 years it's been widely agreed even among the game's fans that just four dungeons is a bit of a disappointment. Of course I'm not disappointed, because more dungeons only would have prolonged my suffering.

I wouldn't insult you for your opinions. |
I admit that at this point I'm laying it on a bit thick for my own amusement. Not trying to insult you, just having a bit of fun with the now-well-established knowledge that I am not a big fan of Majora's Mask.
I wouldn't rank this game's soundtrack among the top 5 Zelda games. Considering the sound quality was not improved in the remake over the N64 original, maybe I would give it a 7 or 8/10 in sound. Some songs are absolutely great (Deku Palace, Song of Healing, Milk Bar, Clock Town), but it has one of my least-favorite overworld themes in the series, and that's fatal. Would have to play the game a lot more and listen to the ost a bit to decide between 7 and 8.
The Woodfall Temple is meh and the Great Bay Temple is bleh. Likewise, their respective bosses are lame. Odolwa just thrashed all over the place in the original, and had an absolutely massive idol animation that dealt damage, which just seemed silly. There was no way to replenish your supply of arrows during the fight, even by killing his adds. The adds fall from the ceiling, just like the Gohma Larva in Ocarina, but the difference between the two is that this is a relevant detail in Ocarina where you can snipe them before they fall with the slingshot, whereas in Majora they just fall, and then you kill them, and they drop nothing. And he had that weird swarm of bats attack that didn't make any sense. Gyorg was just a stupid fight that I recall being somewhat glitchy as well, I think when I fought him I somehow stun-locked him and killed him very, very quickly with almost no effort.
I had many other problems with the game but I played it a while ago. I need to refresh my memory at some point. There are things I like as well, but the entire internet pretty much has that bit covered I think.
