No. Matching the HD consoles is not possible, but I agree with the the point they make about most developers being lazy when it comes to graphics on the Wii. It is definitely capable of more than the rubbish we have become accustomed to seeing from third parties particularly.
Inevitably it will always come down to the effort developers are willing to invest. Sloppy PS3/360 games look worse than some Wii games.
