I'd say that was also a mistake they shouldn't repeat, showing off your console 16months in advance isn't something I think works in this day and age. Show it off within 12months of launch and have actual games to show, not just tech demos and a controller. Keep the hype high like sony and MS did. Both big reveals with launch window games on show followed by swift launches less then 12months later.
