The 3DS did outsell the PS4 in February. Only one thread was made and only in response to this thread (by a non-Nintendo fan no less).

People are complaining because this thread holds little purpose. Everyone knows PS4 will sell more than a handheld entering its fifth year.

3DS outselling the PS4 is news worthy because it rarely happens. The other way around isn't news worthy at all.


Have you a link to that thread?  And you know the reason none was made?  Because the npd thread is pretty much this sites official 3ds February victory thread.  

 

I'm sorry but that 5th year excuse holds no weight because it didn't beat it for February plus January any other year!

 

And it's news worthy because ps4 didn't have a new model releasing. If I made a prediction thread pre xmas most people including me would have thought 3ds would be ahead after 2 months.  Incredible victory and if March goes ps4s way it's really pulled this one out of the fire.  Defeated goliath so to say.
