They can, but having games from a dev I know and trust is much better than just hoping for the best from 3rd parties...

Same thing lol, there are tons of 3rd party devs I trust. What if Level 5's PS4 game that is suppose to be announced in E3 2015 ends up releasing in Holiday 2015? Honestly if anything, it mind be Sony Bends game.
