At this point you can get a xbox in germany for 299€ with several games included and it wont sell. Sony has basically no competition in Europe.
Maybe they get down to 349$ and put a game in, but this is the maximum.

Dominator. Crushed everything. Still got a $100 price cut 19 months after launch. How many times do I have to point this out? I think I just need to put it in my signature so I don't have to keep repeating myself.

To add to that, Sony themselves have mentioned (twice I think?) that expanding the PS4's install base is a priority for them. A small amount of profit on the hardware side is nice, but if taking that away results in a dramatic increase in sales (which it likely will), then they're obviously going to choose the long term profit potential of the latter (especially with stuff like Vue and PS+). I'd be very surprised if we don't see a $50 to $100 price cut this year.
