Best graphics on 3DS?

It's sure as hell below PS2 level and the 3DS is supposed to be stronger.

Playing MGS3 (should be in the OP for best looking games, btw) on both consoles, I can pretty much swear that the PS2 is stronger.  3DS has a few nice tricks, though.
