MS will have Halo 5 & Tomb Raider exclusive this holiday. Even if TR comes to PS4 later, it'll be exclusive to the XBone this holiday. I also think MS will have the Xbone for $299 this Holiday, probably bundled with a game or two as well.
Of course, Sony will probably cut the price to $299 too, but, unless we get a surprise announcement, MS will have the upper hand to win Nov + Dec again this year and shorten the gap.

Price cuts are made when hardware sales are down. PS4 is in opposite situation. Yes. PS4 will get a price cut. But given the sales numebr I think it wont be coming soon.

That's not necessarily true. As has been shown in this very thread, the PS1, PS2, and PS3 all got price drops within 20 months of release. PS1, and especially, the PS2 were definitely selling very well when they got the first price drop. If Sony can make a profit, or break even - on HW - they will drop the price to $299 IMO. The lost revenue in the HW profit margin will be made up by sales of accessories, games, and especially PS+/PSNow/PSVue/Other sony services.
