Well if the stock's there I think Sony could easily sell similar numbers to Japans launch for both systems.
Around 300K for each platform, maybe a little more for Vita than PS4 because of cost and a slightly bigger line-up of games, if the stock's available, if not then whatever is available will sell out. If that's a 100K a piece then they'll sell, if it's 200K then they'll sell.
I don't think China can move UK or US numbers at launch, just because the market needs to develop and the games aren't quite there yet, but I think similar sales to Japan will happen. Another question is will VG Chartz have a source to track China's sales data? With PS4, Vita and XB1 having a presence over there the site surely needs to take those details into consideration for overall sales figures.
