I'll admit some rumors were exciting before the release of the new consoles. They helped fuel our imaginations and sparked some interesting debates.
This however, is not one of those. It's vague (I suspect intentionally) and offers nothing surprising at all. A PS2 IP being released on the PS4? Wow, stop the press.
