I know VG Charts numbers are more of an estimate, but a week ago PLAYSTATION announced there sales at over 20.2 million at March 1st.  Vg just updated the week ending 21st to 19.4 million.  Are they waiting untill week ending 28th to update numbers to 20.2 million? I would've thought with actual hard numbers being reported 7 days ago they would adjust a little this week and the rest next report to catch up. They caught up with hard numbers ending early January and now only 2 months later there over 600k under tracked.

It's actually 19.6M. But it seems the front page bar graph isn't updating for some reason despite numerous page refreshes.

Assuming VGC gives PS4 another 200K for the final week of Feb that will put VGC 400K behind the Sony announcement. It is also important to acknowledge that Sony's number is also an estimate. Certainly a more accurate estimate than VGCs, but still the estimate could be over stating sales a little. Still, pretty sure even with a margin for error on Sony's number the PS4 LTD should be at 20 million+ as of 2 March.

Seems like USA and Japan will be pretty accurate already. So that means the undertrack will be in the harder to estimate markets. I think with the Order getting ~560K first week a 14% bump is a little on the low side, or the sales estimate for the Order is somewhat on the high side.
