Wii U sold Japan+USA around 1.6 million versus the 600k of PSVita

 

Holiday 2013:

Wii U sold Japan+USA around 1.2 million VS 650k Vita

 

Holiday 2014:

Wii U sold Japan+USA around 1 million VS 450k Vita
