I'd just wait till more games that interest you come out. Havent got a PS4 because not enough JRPGs have hit the system yet, FF-0 and FF15 might speed up my decision, but I'll probably wait... if Persona 5 skips the PS3 in NA I'll get one early though, I hope it doesnt x~x the gen has started slow for both of us, but things will improve as time goes on.
