Fang and Vanille- come on, the has been the most obvious one in years. The Fal'Cie basically blackmailed them both into doing what they wanted because they knew their love for one another would make them do anything to save the other. Similar to how it used Sahz's fatherly love against him.

their love seemed far deeper than sisterly to me. Lightning and Sarah had sisterly love(where it is mostly uneven and in dif ways). Vanille and Fang felt far more romantic to me.
