FF vs XIII was probably never a deal, Sqaure enix history was never one of multiplatform releases. Like with most other big devs of the same nature, the rise of the xbox brand and increasing cost of producing games changed their minds. I think Versus was never announced for the 360 because the developers were more concerned with getting the game on its feet then adding another platform to development.

In GTAV there was a car that you had to steal that had the license plate AG3ENT...you were kind playing it as a spy mission.

I wouldnt totally rule it out, but it would probably be multiplatform by now.
