Both of them were things that briefly appealed to me when they were first revealed because I thought they'd be tycoon-esque (PS1 got a few of these types of games - Theme Hospital etc.) But they looking further, Zoo Tycoon seems to be Kinectimals except you place a few attractions too, so my interest fell off there. Same kinda thing with Screamride.
So just speaking from my own experience, they're completely not the kinda things I'm interested in really. If they're gunning for another audience (the kind who might be Kinect Sports Rivals), then I'm guessing it's just the wrong time to be releasing on XB1. Though the games seem to have under-performed on 360 as well.
