That is one of the major reasons why I dislike FF XII. So I agree with what you said. But notice that XII wasn't an action-based RPG. It was real-time RPG. It took away too much freedom from the player. It took the worst of both worlds imo. As for XV. Yes, it is an action-based RPG where you will be 100% in control, Dodging consumes your stamina, so do your abilities. So you have to manage your stamina carefully. To restore your stamina you must hide or warp to an object in distance (the importance of your positioning), then you can warp back to fight again. FFX12 pretty much played like an MMO and i heard it used teh same system as FFXI. Yea it did and , felt liek its better to stand there and mash the button. However the gambit system was good and it worked. However FFX12 and FFXIV were the only took final fantasy that allowed to move freely around. In saying that FFXIV gameplay was pretty good as you had full control of your character :). FOr me that was worst FF game ever made as the story and gameplay was meh. Thats sounds good. It does look interesting and looking forward in trying the demo when FF TYPE 0 comes out next week in nz :). I love the FF series. Played them all :) and looking forward to the new ones. Thanks for that.
