even if true which i doubt it is, its still too expensive. Internet there where i live costs 10 bucks. Ad 5 or 6 and its still cheaper and a lot faster.


SegaNet was an internet provider and even though it did cost some money you could get a free Dreamcast with a 2 year contract with them.  And yeah the internet is pretty cheap today, but not as cheap back then.
