Resident Evil: Revelations, without a doubt. It's very impressive graphically.
I'd say Luigi's Mansion 2 has the best 3D effect though. And oh, the Zelda 3D remakes > A Link Between Worlds graphically (someone might want to take a look at Dampe's character design if he wants to know why he looks like that 
), but the DS games are worse, yes.
