Full on Nintendo, heck no! Especially the Mario series as it would be a waste.
Zelda, Metriod or some other IP they own that doesn't already come out the gate looking kiddy... YES!
Although I think Pokemon is the expectation to my request, but there is nothing a Lego version of Mario or Kirby can do that wouldn't probably work just as well in a regular Mario or Kirby game.
