I doubt wether that's possible educated well prepared immigrants should do fine here and integrate easily.
War refugees will have a huge cultural shock, and might not agree with our culture. They don't come here by choice or have a wrong image of Europe.
Having a small group get integrated well is easy like the Chinese. Getting a large group integrated is a lot of work, especially with negative press surrounding groups as IS, boko, Taliban, al Qaeda etc.
