Should Europe fear Islamism or embrace it

I'm seriously confused to why anyone should fear things which are to do with our created by Muslims.

Halal and kosher meat is optional for people to eat and no one is forced to have it. Stunning animals can be just as cruel if not more than not stunning. People who think otherwise clearly only read into one side of the story.

Secondly, a huge blame lies in ignorance and miseducation thanks to propaganda,political agendas and stupidity. Muslims for a long time have been condemning the actions of terrorists and out right telling the west the groups are non Muslim as they violate shariah and Islamic teachings but people have ignored it. As a result everyday Muslims get attacked from all fronts. Groups like Al Qaeeda, IS etc have been around for 1400+ years and to date have killed more Muslims than any government, tribe and or group out there. They are called Khawarij and until people recognise this, they will continue blaming the wrong group and empowering the terrorists. You cannot solve a problem if you are looking in the wrong place to begin with.

Last but not least, this is a gaming forum. I've been a game since I was 6 and i'm 33 now. I read comics, books, watch films and series like anyone else. I'm a geek through abd through and I hate that my favorite hobby and past time of 27years is now going through this phase of "Islam this" and "Islam that. "

The last place I expect to see making silly uneducated comments about things they know little to nothing of, with one sided biased arguements would be here ; a forum about video games, where people who live gaming come together to enjoy their gaming hobbies and interests.

The biggest threat to the west is ignorance, lack of education and cultures, acceptance, superiority complex and seeing fear everywhere even in places where they shouldn't, thereby creating fear and disharmony. This problem isn't exclusive to the west, or the east, it is a human issue and everyone needs to play their part.

People don't fear Islam when they eat kebabs, sharwarma, when they go see Muhammed ali, when they use algebra, when they go to university (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_al-Qarawiyyin), they don't fear Islam or Muslims when it comes to medical sciences and astronomy.

The arguement here will become that those things are not Islam related as they are culture, science and education related and Islam has nothing to do with it. The problem there is that it is Islam related. Science and education are some of the core teachings of the faith and both go hand in hand.

You cannot use the argument one way and not the other just because it won't have a negative connotation of applied fairly across the board.

What should really be asked here is, why can't people differentiate between Islam and the Khawarij, why do people feel they have to eat halal when they don't, why has halal never been a problem until now, since stunning is just as cruel where is the arguement for that, why do you fear things you know such little about and then make things up without understanding context hoping it will make things better, and if there is such hostility and hate towards Muslims and Islam on this site, then why not just make an open statement to say Muslims and their kind are not welcome here as this is exactly how many Muslims feel reading the nonsense that gets said about them.

Individuals from any faith or no faith should not need to have their hobbies compromised because people think they have a right to talk nonsense about other people's beliefs and the moderators need to make a simple decision about whether threads that allow uneducated opinions on people's beliefs should be accepted and threads that encourage this should be allowed.
