Shouldn't the PS3 be soon getting a price cut? Will it matter?

No disc drive is a good idea but they'd need a 500GB HDD minimum. 

If the price can allow it (And it may since 500gb is so commonly produced), I agree.  However I would put price above all else.  If someone wants the premium version they can pay more.
