It's pretty obvious when every GTA game scores like 98%. It's like reviewers lose their critical thought the moment they play GTA. 98% means the vast majority thought this game was perfect and had no flaws.

I have yet to meet a single person that actually likes GTA IV. It has a userscore of 7.9 which is closer to the truth than its metacritic score.
