Well, obviously I can't make you change your mind about your opinion, so I'll still stand by my fact.

According to your "Fact" Superman in his Video game dies if he doesn't go through flying rings in his stages. And Spider Man dies if he falls off a cliff. Batman as well.

So like I said, these comic book heroes in their respected games can be killed while being manipulated by the player on their respective games, like you said. So I say, what's your point and your "fact"?

Now, like you have told me recently, can't the bolded be applied to the OP Nintendo characters also? Because, if I remember correctly, if Mario falls on a pit, he's dead. If he gets hit while in Super Mario state, he gets shrunked to normal Mario, and another hit can kill him. Basially he only has two lives. Sure, you can include Superman 64 logic in here, but he's one of the most powerful beings in the comics. Not to remind you that there are WAY too many heroes and villains not mentioned here that can erase the Nintendo characters from existence. IIRC from Xenoblade's ending, Shulk refuses the god powers from the Monardo, invalidating said powers on other beings in the game. So it wouldn't make him a god, leaving him vulnerable to the massive lineup of Marvel and DC.

Also, Superman and Spider-Man are not solely DC and Marvel.
