You nailed it with your description.  I have always found the people who run such clubs, groups, or boards to be power hungry immature elitist idiots.

anyways, there could always be exceptions to the rules. Plus the section would be for mature or abstract discussions that wouldnt be suited for kids like Joel. The section wasn't barring anyone with some form of e-social status.
