What would be the max type of bandwidth they could get out of a mobile RAM setup? LPDDR4 lets say? Can you have something like eDRAM on a mobile chip?
25,6GB/s at best scenario. so no, it is in par with ps360 main memory , but xbox360 edram outperform it. Yes, tegra x1 memory is faster than wii u main memory.. but not even close to wii u's 32MB eSRAM pool, which is pretty big amount compared to x360 memory or even xbox one sram if you consider that wii u is designed to render in 720p and xone in 900/1080p.
