From what I read Ground Zeroes yes... Phantom Pain no.

But who knows?

ign have ps3 and 360 listed too. it's gonna dampen the effect on ps4 but at the same time destiny had the old gen versions too. one thing though it will sell a lot more than MGS4 due to all the platforms.
