The vita has a SGX 543 MP4 that is estimated about 32 gflops. The VITA version is slightly enhanced and is estimated to have a theoretical output somewhere between 32 GFlops and 50 GFlops. 

Since the Vita released there have been a lot of improvements in mobile graphics and the costs have gone down considerably. 

I think it is safe to say that whatever Nintendo goes with, even if it is cheap, will outperform this video processor, by quite a few times even.
