This is just for Japan.
Last year 3DS had Kirby Triple Deluxe & Dragon Quest Monster 2 in the first two months, this year it has Majora's Mask 3D. The fact that this is its 5th year and has a worse lineup than last year thus far makes it pretty impressive that it is showing barely any decline.
