I know it's the publisher who sells the game to the customer, but that doesn't change my view much. As I said, I don't have any real numbers to back my opinion, maybe I'm totally wrong.
Regarding your second paragraph, I don't get it. Did I suggest in any way that you were lying? If next time people don't reply to you, don't be surprised. People usually don't like to be yelled at for no apparent reason.
