Problem with non-US amazon threads is that we have no context on which to base Amazon sales vs actual sales. If Canada starts producgin a monthly NPD sales report then we have something country-wide to compare Amazon to and so we know whether Amazon is a good indicator of the over all market, or not. We don't even get Canada numbers by themselves on VGC. Even UK Amazon, which is a more important gaming market than Canada is less interesting because we get no independent hardware or software numbers on a monthly basis. We do get national software rankings on a weekly basis for the UK without actual numbers and that is more interesting and informative than Amazon UK.
The Amazon best seller list by itself is boring and pointless.
