A title considered to be AAA is therefore expected to be a high quality game and to be among the year's bestsellers. So yeah, not Minecraft or any indie. |
No, I'm pretty sure that the 2012 job description was about Deus Ex. The Tantalus guy told recently in the recording that the Deus Ex Wii U deal came into being because an Eidos Montreal guy saw a Mass Effect 3 Wii U video at GDC 2012 on a phone while they were drinking.
Mass Effect 3 for Wii U was announced at E3 2012 and the production of the new game started in January 2014 (and the job description talks about a game that was in development since June 2012 or longer).
EDIT: Yes, I was right: http://au.linkedin.com/in/graemew
