No it does not. A toy can be: "something that an adult buys or uses for enjoyment or entertainment" but not all things an adult buys or uses for enjoyment/entertainment are toys, i.e. an adult can buy a gun for enjoyment/entertainment, in a lot of countries you can  buy a woman for enjoyment/entertainment, some people buy drugs for enjoyment/entertainment, does it make all of these things toys???

What you were reading is: " a toy car is made of metal & plastic, therfore all things made of metal & plastic are toy cars", which is not what the definition means.
