Well i think i got the game. There is 1 game everything would fit.

Ubisoft said: "Watchdogs is our last rated M hardcore game for wii U"
Ubisoft is the biggest Nintendo partner this generation.
Ubisoft already sourced out the watchdogs wii u version (was developed in india) and released it long time after other versions.
Tantalus: "The game is not rated M or hardcore".
Its AAA
Its bigger as Deus EX and ME3
Its a Nextgen title
Its also avaibale for xbox360 (hardware is similar to wii u)
Anything that wouldnt fit?
Wlel i hope its not, the game is pretty bad.
But the words "not hardcore/mature" where used by ubisoft and tantalus....
