How do you think they got it? And if that's you're argument then the PS4 specs are unofficial as well. Point being the Wii U is based off of HD 4000 technology so even isn't 350 gigaflops it can't be much higher. 

I told you how they DID get it. They looked inside the box and guessed based off the die size and power consumption. Also the HD 4000 series ranges from as low as 96 gflops (hd 4350)  to 1.6 terraflops (HD 4890.)
