KH3 being possible on the Wii U all comes down to what the game is on the XBOne.
The Wii U is somewhere between 1/3rd and 1/4th as powerful as an XBOne. If the XBOne version runs at 1080p and 60 FPS the Wii U could run it at 720p 30 FPS fairly easily. If the XBOne runs it at 1080p and 30 FPS it would be possible but probably at a resolution below 720p. It also comes down to how many advanced graphics features the game has and if they are willing to do the work to compensate for the lack of them.
Like I said in another post, is there any game on the Wii U that we know runs below 720p?
