Gamestops in general suck, but there was one I used to go to which was pretty helpful and friendly. I had just bought my Wii U and was looking for a used copy of Tekken and some of the Club Sports. The people explained everything and talked about their console uses as well. If you get a normal, crappy Gamestop, it's probably best to follow CrankyFlameBunny's six-step technique.
