I think you need to consider the fact that 360 sales in North America were heading towards a 30 million or so maximum until Kinect came along and got early Wii buyers to jump over to the Kinect revolution. So observing that PS4 is ahead of 360 by a few million at this point in the cycle does not at all point to a 50 million LTD. And I disagree that this gen will be as long, especially not 360 long which was 8 full years between 360 launch and Xb one launch. The intergeneration gap will be 6 years at most this time around.
